Ab 2026 führte Mojang eine neue Versionsnummerierung im 26.x-Format anstelle von 1.x ein.

Server-Cores halten Schritt

Paper und Purpur unterstützen bereits die neue Nummerierung. Folia — Papers Engine mit Multithread-Regionenverarbeitung — ist für große Server ausgelegt und hält 200+ Spieler ohne TPS-Einbrüche, wenn das Gameplay über die Karte verteilt ist und Plugins kompatibel sind.
