SlenderNight is a horror Minecraft server on Java 1.21.11 with unique survival mechanics and a high difficulty level. At night, players are hunted by Slenderman — an immortal, near-unstoppable force. Jumpscare events also trigger at night, increasing the character's Fear level, which also rises from staying in dark places and taking mob damage. Reaching 100% Fear causes instant death.
The in-game currency is Souls, absorbed from slain mobs and players but dropped at the point of death — similar to the Dark Souls mechanic. Souls are spent on unique abilities. The server features unconventional monsters including vampires, fishmen, and others.
